Four Levels of Deployment

How to Choose the First Task
- It repeats at least once a week.
- It follows the same steps each time.
- The inputs are files you are allowed to share with the tool.
- An error is easy to see and cheap to fix.
Example: Weekly Enquiry Report
Siti is a marketing executive in Kuala Lumpur. Each Monday she counts web enquiries by source.
- Level 2: she saves the brief and the table format.
- Level 3: the agent reads the CRM export and fills the table.
- Level 4: the agent runs each Monday at 8 am.
- Siti checks the totals against the CRM. Then she sends the report.

- Automating a task that changes each week. Start with a stable task.
- No owner for the routine. Name one person who checks it.
