Certificates by Kognifi
To maintain the integrity of Kognifi training courses, Kognifi offers three types of certificates. These are:
- Certificate of Competency
- Certificate of Achievement
- Certificate of Attendance

Kognifi Training Course Quality
Kognifi training courses are created based on forward looking core skills required for businesses in Malaysia. These cover:
- Leadership and Business Management competencies
- Business Development and Marketing competencies
- Sales and Project Management competencies
These courses can be customised to meet the an institute’s or client company’s business needs, business workflows, and current workforce competency levels.
Certificate of Competency
Kognifi offers the certificate of competency for its training courses. Participants earn this certificate on completing an evaluation process during the training.
Participants are required to pass 80% of the evaluations done during the training. This certificate is issued for training sessions that are conducted for two days or more.
Certificate of Achievement
Kognifi awards the certificate of achievement for participants who complete the evaluation process by scoring between 50% and 79% marks.
Participants are required to pass 80% of the evaluations done during the training. This certificate is issued for training sessions that are conducted for two days or more.
Certificate of Attendance
Kognifi issues this certificate for participants who attend a one day training session or a two day session with at least 75% attendance.
