1. What Personal Data We Collect And Why We Collect It
Kognifi cares about your privacy. Privacy protection is an important aspect of Kognifi. For this reason, we collect and use personal information as follows, only as needed to deliver our products, services, websites and mobile applications, and to communicate with you about the same, or as you have requested (collectively, our “Services”).

2. Basic Account Information
When you submit forms in which you give us contact information (such as your name, address, phone numbers, billing information, IP address and email address) so that you can create an account, place orders, register domains, request information, and request support help. As you use your account, we may also collect support requests and other related types of information that is specific to the management of your account and Services with us. This also enables us to send legally required communications to you on your orders and products purchased.

4. Identity Verification, Fraud and Malicious Activity Prevention
The data collected is also used to verify your legal identify and prevent fraud, spam, hacking or cybercrime on our platforms, with authoritative service providers such as government agencies and security service providers.

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
6. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We may post customer testimonials on our website which may contain personally identifiable information. These maybe from third party websites such as reviews on search engines, social media, reviews sites or from our own reviews platform.

10. Cookies

12. Data Processing and Transfers

Regardless of the country where you reside, you acknowledge that you are directly transferring your data to us to our cloud platforms, where the servers could be anywhere in the world depending on our backend service providers that enable some of our Services. Our service providers are based in the United States, United Kingdom, India, Malaysia and Singapore and maybe using servers based there or elsewhere. You acknowledge and agree to your data processing within the United States, United Kingdom, India, Singapore and Malaysia, where Kognifi processes its data with its service providers located there.
In addition, you authorize us to transfer, process, store and use your information in countries other than your own in accordance with this Privacy Policy and to provide you with Services. Some of these countries may not have the same data protection safeguards as the country where you reside. By using our Services, you consent to us transferring information about you to these countries.
13. How Long We Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
14. What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you have an account on this site, or have left approved or published comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
