Under HRD Corp Claimable Courses, HRD Corp funds in-house or public training of at least 4 hours. Other claimable costs include meal allowance, daily allowance, consumable training materials, a hotel rental package or training rental place, and airfare or transportation. Maximum amounts for a General Course
- In-house course fee: up to RM10,500 per group for a full day (7 training hours) and RM6,000 for a half day (4 training hours), prorated for fewer than 5 participants. (HRD Corp Allowable Cost Matrix, November 2025)
- Public course fee: up to RM1,750 per participant for a full day and RM1,000 for a half day. (HRD Corp Allowable Cost Matrix, November 2025)
- Meal allowance: up to RM100 per participant per day. (HRD Corp Allowable Cost Matrix, November 2025)
- Daily allowance for trainees: up to RM250 per participant per day under 100 km, and RM500 at 100 km or more. (HRD Corp Allowable Cost Matrix, November 2025)

We send a digitally signed quotation for your grant application, with the training plan (the course outline with the schedule, in the HRD Corp format) and the trainer's profile, including the NRIC. After the training, we send you the complete set of documents for your records: the T3, the JD14, the assessments, the photos and more. We use these documents to submit the claim to HRD Corp.
