Assessments for In-house Programmes
Learning outcomes, learning activities and assessments are aligned in every course, so competency is measured against a standard, not assumed.
- A pre-course needs survey (TNS) sets the starting point.
- Role-plays, presentations and work products are assessed against a rubric.
- Pre- and post-programme assessment shows the change.
Every participant who completes the course receives a Certificate of Attendance. Certificates of Achievement and Competency are awarded on courses that have an assessment pack.
