Product Training Courses
Product training courses in Malaysia for teams that develop new products and manage products in the market. Each course teaches one skill, and your people practise it on their own products and their own market.
Kognifi assesses the work, so you can see the competence. We run each course in-house for your team or as a public class in Petaling Jaya. Each course is an HRD Corp (HRDF) claimable course for HRD Corp registered employers.

Start with the new product. Then manage the product in the market.
- Product Development: the new product. The product development life cycle, testing ideas, developing the minimum viable product (MVP), and growing the new product.
- Product Management: the product in the market. The product marketing mix, product development and planning product sales, product brand drivers for customer activation, and forecasting and managing the sales channels.

How each course runs
- Each participant brings a real case from work: a customer, a product, a team or a proposal.
- The trainer shows one tool at a time. Then each participant uses the tool on that case.
- The trainer gives feedback on the work during the class.
- At the end, the trainer assesses the work against a rubric. You can see what each person can now do.
Participants leave with work that they can use on the next working day.

- An assessed piece of work for each participant.
- The Kognifi Certificate of Competency for participants who pass 80% of the assessment.
