Programme by day and module
Day 1
9.00am to 12.30pm
Module 1 · The AI Landscape and Control
Participants learn with Claude, Copilot and ChatGPT. ChatGPT is the brand most people recognise, Copilot is what office workers already see in Microsoft 365, and Claude is the cowork tool used for practice. The same method applies to Grok, Amazon Quick and the next AI that lands.

12.30pm to 1.30pm · Lunch break
1.30pm to 5.00pm
Module 2 · Research, Drafts and Personal Workflow
Participants learn to move from asking AI questions to creating AI agents for the work every white-collar role already does: email, notes, research, reports, plans, dashboards and presentations. They build a small personal library of reusable prompts.

- Draft a report, dashboard, design or presentation from raw notes Workshop
- Share and tighten two job-specific reusable prompts Group Activity
Day 2
9.00am to 12.30pm
Module 3 · Judgement, Guardrails and Conduct
Participants learn that speed is useless if the output cannot be sent: what not to paste in, how to be the human in the loop (HITL) who checks AI output before it goes to a manager or a client, and a short 5-point AI code of conduct for any office.
- Guardrails, data handling and the 5-point AI code of conduct Lecture
- Act as the human in the loop: accept, rewrite or reject three AI drafts Workshop
- Write a one-page team code of conduct for the workflow Group Activity
12.30pm to 1.30pm · Lunch break
1.30pm to 5.00pm
Module 4 · Automation and Habit Building
Participants close the course by taking repetitive work off their plate and locking in two to three habits that last beyond the next day at work.
- Repetitive-work patterns and habit design that sticks Lecture
- Build one reusable automation for a weekly task Workshop
- Present 2 to 3 personal AI habits and complete the course evaluation Group Activity
