Each trainer teaches the field of their own career. The cards above show the topics. This list shows the work behind each topic.

What HRD Corp accreditation means

Since 1 January 2025, a trainer needs HRD Corp accreditation status to deliver training within the HRD Corp ecosystem. First, a trainer completes the HRD Corp Train-The-Trainer (TTT) course, or HRD Corp exempts the trainer. Then HRD Corp accredits the trainer by assessment, or by training hours for trainers certified before 1 January 2021. Accreditation is valid for 3 years. Each trainer profile shows the trainer's own HRD Corp Accreditation badge.

How Kognifi trainers teach

• Your people practise each skill on their own work, not on a textbook case.
• The trainer guides and coaches each workshop activity.
• Each participant gets a course handbook.
• An assessment test ends each module.
• Each participant who attends at least 75% of the course gets a certificate. Participants who pass 80% of the assessment get the Certificate of Competency. A score of 50% to 79% gets the Certificate of Achievement. A lower score gets the Certificate of Attendance.
• After the course, each participant completes the HRD Corp Training Effectiveness Evaluation (TEE).

Book a trainer for your team

Run any course in-house for your team only. For a group of 6 to 16 participants, the trainer comes to your office in any state. The trainer can also teach live online on MS Teams or Zoom. One day costs RM 10,500 for one group. Two days cost RM 21,000. When the trainer travels to your state, ask our team about the travel costs. We charge the actual costs, in line with the HRD Corp allowable costs. For a group of 5 participants or fewer, your team comes to the Kognifi training center in Petaling Jaya. We quote a fee for each participant. We send a quote with confirmed dates in one working day.

How to book

1. Select the course for your team.
2. Ask for a quote. Give your team size, preferred month and location.
3. We send a digitally signed quotation for your HRD Corp grant application, with the trainer's HRD Corp accreditation certificate.
4. After the training, we send the attendance records and the documents for your claim.
