In this AI at Work Training course, you will learn how to put your favourite AI to work on everyday office tasks. The course is built for any white-collar role. Examples come from HR, admin, operations, finance and general management, not a specialist marketing track (those are in the marketing trainings).

You will learn when to talk to a model (Chat) and when to delegate a finished asset (Cowork / Work), plus the cost and context habits that keep output usable.

You will practice judgement so AI output is checked before it goes to a manager, a client or a file. Each person leaves with 2 to 3 habits mapped to their own job.

Learn how to choose the right AI function and model for different tasks, and effectively use AI with your existing tools and platforms to improve your daily work.

Module 1 · The AI Landscape and Control

In the room we use Claude, Copilot and ChatGPT. ChatGPT is the brand name most people recognise; Copilot is what office workers already see in Microsoft 365; Claude is the cowork tool we practise against. The same method applies to Grok, Amazon Quick and the next AI that lands.

Activities:

1. The AI landscape, Chat. Cowork, Design, Code. Tokens and cost control · Lecture
2. Rebuild a long, messy chat as a fresh, controlled task · Workshop
3. Pick the right tool and mode for four everyday office jobs · Group Activity

Module 2 · Research, Drafts and Personal Workflow

Move from prompting AI questions to creating AI Agents on the work every white-collar role already does email, notes, research, reports, plans, dashboards, presentations . Build a small personal library of prompts that get reused.

Activities:

1. Research and first-draft patterns, personal workflow design · Lecture
2. Draft a report, dashboards, designs, presentations etc, from raw notes · Workshop
3. Share and tighten two job-specific reusable prompts · Group Activity

Module 3 · Judgement, Guardrails and Conduct

Speed is useless if the output cannot be sent. What not to paste in. How to be the human in the loop (HITL) to check AI output before it goes to a manager or a client. A short 5-point AI code of conduct for any office.

Activities:

1. Guardrails, data handling and the 5-point AI code of conduct · Lecture
2. HITL role to evaluate. accept, rewrite or reject three AI drafts · Workshop
3. Write a one-page team code of conduct for the workflow · Group Activity

Module 4 · Automation and Habit Building

Close the course by taking repetitive work off the plate and locking in two to three habits that survive the next day at work.

Activities:

1. Repetitive-work patterns and habit design that sticks · Lecture
2. Build one reusable automation for a weekly task · Workshop
3. Present 2 to 3 personal AI habits · Course evaluation · Group Activity
