Module 1 – Creating Positive Relationships and Growing Self-Awareness
This module introduces participants to explore ten ways to build positive relationships, including using uplifting messages. During this session, the participant will identify their communication strength and weaknesses through several reflective exercises.

Module 2 – Business Communications Fit To Stakeholer Needs
Participants learn how to communicate in business settings. They learn about different stakeholders and their relevant information needs for decision making. They learn the difference between reporting and actionable reporting.
- How to write emails and related documents for effective communication objectives
- How to communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders and summarize information pertinent to their need-to-know level of detail and business needs.

Module 3 – Questioning, Listening Skills and The Role of Body Language in Effective Communications
This Module will examine Questioning skills styles. There are also exercises to learn about listening. There shall be lectures and practical sessions on Body language. The final part shall be the art of creating a Positive Self-Image.
- Body language – exploring the concept, and understanding one’s body style and how to improve
- Communication styles – to allow participants to take a more objective look at the advantages and disadvantages related to communication styles
- How people determine your personality through appearance and the importance of creating a positive self-image
Module 4 – Behavioural Aspects of Communication
This session will explore our frame of reference and the assumptions that we make. The participant will also take place in an activity that will strengthen their ability to speak about communication concepts more easily and improve their self-image by interacting with others.
