- To achieve evaluation ratings of 4 and above where possible
Requirements for Trainer Job
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Both written and spoken.
- If you are fluent in Mandarin and have conducted trainings in Mandarin, that will be a plus point for participants wanting training in Mandarin.
- Experienced in the subject matter as listed above
- Happy to serve and talk with people, and have a cheerful personality
- Training events based on customer dates and location. To be agreed based on event requirements.
- Must have HRDCorp TTT certificate or HRDCorp Accredited Trainer certificate
