Internal Sales Rep in Selangor Office

This Internal Sales Rep role is an entry-level sales support role. With a focus on customer support. You will carry out work as assigned by your manager. On-the-job training and desktop computer are provided.

Qualifications Required

1. Candidate should possess a diploma or degree 
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
4. Good communication and negotiation skills
5. Passion for sales and customer service
6. Loves getting things done

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. To achieve sales targets
2. To follow up on incoming leads and provide quotations
3. To advice customers on selection of appropriate training courses
4. Build and maintain relationships with key clients
5. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
6. Collaborate with internal teams for client success
7. Provide report on sales performance

Internal Sales Representative Basic Salary

• Basic salary of RM 2,500 per month.
• EPF, Socso and EIS paid.
• Basic salary will be reviewed at end of the probationary period of 6 months.
