Participants will learn to recognise workplace conflict, apply relevant legal knowledge, improve communication, manage bias and uphold professional responsibility.
Participants will learn practical conflict resolution, escalation, documentation, de-escalation using the DESC model and complaint handling aligned with Industrial Relations standards.
