In this work management training course, participants learn how to manage work assignments to get results within deadlines.

Participants will learn the consequences of deviation from plan. And how to get commitments and how to hold people to account to commitments given.
Module 1 · Managing Work
Participants learn how to see inputs, tools and techniques for results. They learn how to create assignments with people and related tools, to get the results. Participants learn to see points of failure, based on people’s failures to deliver on commitments.

Module 2 · Managing People
Participants learn about people behaviors, industrial relations, and team spirit. They learn how to clarify agreements and get real commitments from people. They will learn how to have gentle yet accountable conversations with people to deliver on commitments.

- Recognizing and responding to irresponsible behaviors and stresses · Workshop

Module 3 · Managing Performance
Participant learn how to sequence work to meet expectations. Participants learn how to identify and propose timelines and the required resources to get the job done. They will learn how to align and calibrate people to deliver agreed results.
