In this course, participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of project management.  This covers elements of scope of work, requirements control, communicating with stakeholders, supply chain, contract terms, project scheduling, tracking implementation and risk management controls and handover acceptance.

Project managers, legal and contract teams, solutioning teams, operations and logistics teams and project sales teams will be guided on how to use project management principles to manage and deliver to stakeholder expectations.

Module 1 · Project Bidding, Negotiations and Agenda Setting

This module will introduce participants to the elements of  the tender project proposal management and the project scope of work.  These are the core concepts to know how the project bidding and proposal solutioning process works and what needs to be done.

Module 3 · Project Execution and Control

This module will introduce participants to the project politics, schedule, resources, change controls, reserves and cost baselines.  These are the core elements to control during project implementation and execution and what processes should be in place to manage these.

Module 4 · Project Acceptance and Handover

This module will introduce participants to the project closure and handover phases.  This module is about ensuring how all parties can be protected from future risks and all outstanding claims and payments are resolved and closed.
