Module 1 · Introduction to Governance and Ethics

This module introduces participants to the significance of governance and ethics in achieving corporate sustainability. It highlights the critical role of these principles in ensuring the long-term viability of businesses.

The module also illustrates how poor governance and ethics can severely impact the operations of companies and threaten their sustainability.

Module 2 · Ethical Leadership and Organisational Integrity

Module 3 · The Board’s Role in Governance and Ethics
