Module 1 · Introduction to OSHA 1994 & OSHA (Amendment) 2022
This module will cover understanding OSHA 2022 & workplace responsibilities.

Module 2 · Legal Responsibilities – Employer, Employee & OSH Committee
Participants will learn about their duties and compliance under OSHA 2022 and demonstrate basic workplace safety responsibilities.

- Section 15: Employer general duties
- Section 16: Safety & Health Policy
- Section 24: Employee duties
- OSH Committee roles & responsibilities
- OSH Coordinator function (for small/medium enterprises)

Module 3 · Hazard Identification & OSH Management Basics
This module will cover on to identify common workplace hazards and knowledge on setting OSH Management System.
Topics Covered:
- Introduction to OSH Management System
- What OSHA 2022 requires from OSHMS
- Introduction to HIRARC
- Types of hazards: physical, chemical, ergonomic, biological, psychosocial
- Safe Work Procedures (SWP)
- Basic PPE requirements
Module 4 · Incident Reporting, Investigation & Emergency Basics
Participants will learn to report incidents correctly, conduct simple fact-finding for investigations and handle emergency basics and raise alarms at the workplace.
Topics Covered:
- What accidents must be reported to DOSH under OSHA 2022
- Basic steps in incident investigation
- Workplace emergency preparedness
- Types of emergencies (fire, medical, chemical)
- Basic response roles
