Module 2 – Creating the Project Plan Schedules and Baselines

Participants learn to sequence tasks to ensure timelines are realistic.

They learn how to create Gantt charts and how to use Kanban boards to plan and manage waterfall, agile and scrum projects.  They learn how to create a project milestone plan.

Project Training Workshop Day 2

Module 3 – Project Risk Management

Participants learn to see risks to the project plan, schedules and baselines.  They learn about project risk management and how to identify these risks. 

They learn how to qualify the risk impact to the project and how to manage and control these risks.  They learn about project reserves and how to build in reserves into the project plan.

Module 4 – Controlling the Project to Planned Baselines

Participants learn how to monitor and control project activities.  They learn how to control scope creep, project change requests and project team performance. 

They learn how to manage showstoppers, how to inform stakeholders of bad news and how to create recovery actions.
